Mindfulness & Meditation Workshops
This meditation starts with a breathing meditation so that you are able to connect your mind and body together.
It is followed by a Progressive Muscle Relaxation allowing you to relieve yourself from all stresses and strains.
There is a guided mediation through the forest which will uplift your spirits so that you feel refreshed and more positive.
