New Meditation workshops at the March Podiatry Practice starting January 2020
Come and experience a relaxing morning with like-minded people, to let go of the daily stresses and strains of our modern life and take the time to connect your mind, body and spirit.
Self-care is so important and meditation is wonderful tool for supporting your mental health in the same way as a healthy diet and exercise supports a healthy body.
I will be offering, within this hour, an opportunity to connect with others, to learn or enhance your meditation practice, understand the benefits of meditation and improve own self-awareness.
You are welcome to share your thoughts and experiences, if you would like to, and create a positive and supportive environment.
There will be a guided meditation along with time to chat and discuss certain topics.
Refreshments will be offered afterwards. 11am to 11.30am
